With Media Manager Plus you receive the standard features and the following:

AAC Codec and firmware - rip your CDs to the highest quality format available. AAC sounds better and fits into a smaller space than comparable MP3 files (note that the secure iTunes version not supported at this time). This upgrade includes the codec support for the PhatBox/Music Keg only. The GM Mobile Media System does not support AAC.

Unlimited encoding - with no time limit you can encode as much as you like.

Automatic file recognition and cleaning - identify and fingerprint your untagged or incorrectly tagged music files and re-tag them correctly using Gracenote MusicID and Clean audio waveform recognition technology.
