Installing the Kenwood VIOT Plug In

Please make sure you have the latest firmware
on your Digital Media Player as these Plug-Ins will not work with older
firmware. You will need to have the correct plug-in code for each plug-in you
install. The code should have been sent to you in a confirmation e-mail. |

1. The DMS should be inserted in the desktop cradle
and the PhatNoise Music Manager should be launched. Click on the Device view.
2. Select the PhatNoise DMS.
3. Click on the red GO button.

4. Select Hardware Options.

5. Click on the Properties Button in the Hardware
Options dialog box.

6.Type your Registration Code in the box provided
and click OK.
7.Choose the product you would like to install the
Plug-In into and press OK. The last product that used your DMS cartridge will
be listed at the top.

Exit out of the Hardware Options dialog box and click the Save/Eject DMS Button
next to the Hardware Options button. After the DMS has been safely ejected,
take the DMS cartridge out of the cradle and place it into your Digital Media
Player.
If you are installing the plug-in into a Car Player, turn on the radio and
switch to the HDD or CD Changer mode. After the Load message is finished you
will hear a sound indicating that the Plug-In was successfully installed.
Congratulations! Your can now use the Plug-In.
