My Kenwood Music Keg keeps disappearing. When I hit the source button it is not recognized as a source.
The next time your Music Keg "drops off", hold the "source" button until the radio goes off. When the radio is off, hit source again to turn it back on and the Keg should be recognized. While this is not a valid solution, it will prevent you from having to disconnect the Keg. This is most likely caused by the Music Keg not receiving enough power when the car engine is started. To verify that this is a power issue, please turn your car to the ACC mode (do not crank the engine) and check to see if the Keg is recognized. When you crank your engine, check to see if the Keg is still recognized. If it is recognized in ACC mode but NOT recognized after your crank your engine (the keg "disappears"), then you are experiencing a power issue. Please upgrade to a higher voltage output battery, install a capacitor, or have your installer re-route your power connections.
