When I try to install the PhatNoise MUSIC Manager, an error message appears, "Insert Disk 2"?

The actual install is only one file; this error appears because the setup file is incomplete. Try to download it again. (The complete file is about 10 MB.)

In the PhatNoise MUSIC Manager I keep getting a "Gracenote Error" when I try to encode a CD.
This error occurs when the PhatNoise MUSIC Manager cannot connect to the Gracenote server. Disable any proxy server or firewall you are running and try to encode again. You may also modify proxy settings in the PhatNoise MUSIC Manager by clicking "Options" and then the "CD Encoder" tab. Click the "Modify Proxy Settings" button.
