When I try to generate voice prompts or eject the DMS, I get an error message that says "Speak Failed".

This error message may appear if you are running anti-virus software or a firewall while generating voice prompts. Disable any anti-virus software you have running and try to eject the DMS again.

Right-click your CD-ROM drive and select "explore".
