What is the PhatNoise DMS Doctor and where is it?



<b><font color=red>IMPORTANT NOTE:</font></b> The DMS Doctor is not applicable to the GM Mobile Media System or USB devices.<br>



<P>The PhatNoise DMS Doctor will detect corruption on your DMS cartridge for the PhatNoise Car Audio System or Kenwood Music Keg.  It is a separate application from the PhatNoise MUSIC Manager / PhatNoise MEDIA Manager.  </P>



<P>If you have the PhatNoise MUSIC Manager installed you can run the DMS Doctor by navigating to Start> Programs> PhatNoise Music Manager> PhatNoise DMS Doctor.  </P>



<P>If you have the PhatNoise MEDIA Manager installed you can run the DMS Doctor by navigating to Start> Programs> PhatNoise Media Manager> PhatNoise DMS Doctor.  </P>

When I run the DMS Doctor I get: \"DMSFail2: PHTDTA and/or PHTSYS are not FAT32\"
Your DMS cartridge is not partitioned and/or formatted properly. Repartitioning or reformatting the DMS to something other than FAT 32 will cause the DMS to not operate correctly in the PhatBox. You can usually reformat the DMS correctly using the Windows format utility. <P>Please note that if you are running Windows XP and your DMS cartridge is 40GB or greater, the Windows format utility will not operate correctly. If this is the case, please contact <A href="http://www.phatnoise.com/customer_service/customer_service_email.php">customer support</A>.</P>
