When I run the DMS Doctor I get: \"DMSFail2: PHTDTA and/or PHTSYS are not FAT32\"
Your DMS cartridge is not partitioned and/or formatted properly. Repartitioning or reformatting the DMS to something other than FAT 32 will cause the DMS to not operate correctly in the PhatBox. You can usually reformat the DMS correctly using the Windows format utility. Please see our FAQ about formatting for more detailed information: How do I Format my DMS Cartridge?

Please note that if you are running Windows XP and your DMS cartridge is 40GB or greater, the Windows format utility will not operate correctly. If this is the case, please contact customer support.
